I was charged $30 for testing the battery when there was no charge for doing the same service on my Highlander earlier in the week. I was charged $40 for repairing a leaking tire. I purchased the tires at Mark Motors and was under the impression that repairs were included in the original cost of the tires and their mounting and balancing. There was no charge the other three times I have had to have this same leaky tire repaired.

Whoever washed the rav did a fantastic job! I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also added tire shine to the tires, washed the interior floor mats, and appeared to have wiped down the interior. Great job on attention to detail!

Technician states, "unable to replicate issue". Yet, two items occur for me within a block of the dealership. Second, the drivers side heat biase, sounds more like an excuse rather than engineering. I feel like I was pacified and dismissed.

Hose clamp near air filter was not put back where hose attached to connection. I checked the air pressure on the ties the next day, three tires pressures were 30psi and a fourth was at 28 psi. After the work, I noticed the alarm for service car soon was coming on. I told the technician and she cleared the alarm.There were no other issues
