Garage was completely filled when I arrived. Had to wait outside.When I did get in I was not greeted by anyone. No explanation or apology why I had to wait. Curt tried to give the incorrect loaner vehicle. I waited another 10 minutes until I received the vehicle I had been promised.it too five days instead of the two estimated days for my vehicle to be ready. No courtesy or respect when I picked up my vehicle. The whole reason for the appointment in the first place was the result of a clutzy mechanic who damaged my vehicle 28 days earlier. This is the 9th vehicle I have purchased from this dealer in 21 years.Toyots vehicles are fine but the Mark Motors service department has really gone down hill since Dave Newsom retired.
Did not put windshield wipers on at time of service. Recieved a call after appointment that I need to come back because they were forgotten about.
