Air leak on the sun roof was not repaired. Blamed it on the roof rack which is not the cause.

My headlightsauto setting was turned off and as day turned to night, I was found without headlights. They have been on auto for 5 years, so remembering how to turn the lights on, took some time. Thankfully I discovered this on a city street and I just had to pull over to figure it out.
Could have been a ticket.

Very thorough and professional. Went above and beyond what I initially came in for which was a pleasant surprise. He was also very informative when explaining things I would need to address in the future and did it with a wonderful attitude.
