John always handles everything for me in a timely fashion. I appreciate his calm demeanor. He’s made sure my 2009 IS250 has been well maintained. Knowing John since 2009 is the reason I will look at JM Lexus first for my new car.

Other than your Guest Lounge being freezing cold…. Appreciated the car wash which I didn’t expect because it was a recall issue, and filling my gas tank was a total surprise! Thank you. I’ll have to tell my dealer back home about that! ????

Joseph provided such a top tier customer service today and it must be recognized. He pulled out our chairs to sit. He spoke to us in such a professional manner. I have never had this type of customer service experience coming to JM. I truly loved my experience today.

Brought my car in and had a list of 5 things for Leo to look at, diagnose, and price. Four days later, I called to check on status and was told that there was a backlog and no one had seen the car yet. Almost a week later, car made it to a technician...but I had to call to get status, rather than having my advisor proactively calling me. Agreed on cost for work to be done via text message and was also told that several of the items had already been taken care of and were not really issues. After several days, called for status to learn that the car was ready. Picked up, paid for services, left the lot. 4 of 5 items on my list were not fixed and are still issues. Since that time, I have left several messages to have a Service Manager call me back to discuss the issues so that I could get things resolved. There has been no word after several weeks. The VIP sticker on the inside of my driver door means nothing anymore. I guess this is what customer service looks like now. A JM company needs to do better.

Was very professional. Was very knowledgeable. Was very surprised to see that I was greeted at my appointment time. Enjoyed coffee and snack upstairs in the waiting room. Was surprised to see a putting green up there which I was able to kill a little bit of time. very impressed with the updates and progress as my car was being serviced.

Joe and J&M exceeds the standards for service. This visit was no exception in providing customer friendly access to information regarding tangible service issues with video and other measures. Joe explains the information easily, answers questions and is open to inquiries from customers. It’s obvious he has excellent command of the informations and makes it easy to digest.
