Leo did a great job for me. There are two things that I'm upset about. First when you open the car door the interior light doesn't come on. Second the car was totally filthy when I picked it up. I thought you ran all cars and vehicles through your car wash before your customer picked it up. Otherwise everything else that you did is working fine.

I’m always satisfied reading Omar Maeda performance at his job! Professional, respectful behavior and attitude! Always smiling and humble! And He was always updated to me and keeps informing me while I am waiting my car in service. JM LEXUS should have those kind personality liked Omar Maeda.

Sam was helpful and friendly! I don’t like feeling as if I get taken advantage of when it comes to servicing my car and Sam made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The service here is much better than north Miami. They need to get better training.

was able to work with me on all aspects of the experience. While it was a bit spendy, he was able to take some of the sting out with his professional demeanor and excellent communication. Both my wife and I are big fans of JM Lexus and we are now fans of Mj as well. I will be seeking Mj out for all our future Lexus needs.

They did not reset maintenance schedule- still old sticker on window and reminder comes up to have the car serviced - otherwise very little needed to be done - correct the mistakes from last repairs, tire rotation and diagnose that I needed a new window fluid pump

Wanted to inquire if cars are still washed as part of service? Also, maintenance should remove the number tag before delivering the customers car. All else good!

i will not be returning. this is the second time your car wash was broken and last visit i was told my car was being washed and that was the day yet i was given my car back not washed. previous visit i authorized wipers be replaced but you did not have them in stock and that my tires needed to be rotated and my vehicle has 2 different size tires that are not rotatable. i expected more from JM

I received impeccable service and truly great customer care. My service advisor, Shedrick was very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated and informed about everything going on with my vehicle while I waited for the service to be completed, which I really appreciated. By far, this has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had since getting maintenance for my vehicle. Thank you, Shedrick and JM Lexus, for always making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

Paid for flat tire to be repaired. During my drive home the tire continued to leak. I had to stop at several service stations to fill tire. It ultimately went flat as I got home.
