For a decade and a half Carlos Nunez took care of my husband and I by taking care of our Lexus hybrid. Omar was just as personable, concerned, attentive to detail, and efficient as Carlos. John Nahar is the most knowledgeable, Organized, service advisor I have ever used. He is Honest, tells you all the information about your car, realistically. It took 2 hours to do the 10k mile service. I was told 60-90 min, and it was 2 hours. After 1 hour, I received a text saying that it was complete and paperwork was finalized, but it wasn't until a whole hour later that I was actually called to get my vehicle. My car wasn't even fully washed, the windows were visibly dirty. It was ridiculous.
