Juan's professionalism showed through from his greeting, his detailed explanation of the process and most importantly his thorough review of additional items that need to be corrected. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Justin. However, the service order that Justin submitted was not the same that Alex received. Consequently, the problem I had with my car was not fixed inspite of the fact that I was told the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to get my car, I noticed the mistake with the work order. It was corrected and the car was taken back into repair. Alex and Diego were extremely helpful in correcting the erroneous work order.
