When I arrived at service at 7:30 am it was chaos waiting to see a service rep. There was some new system being installed on iPads and there were obvious delays. I was directed to take a seat in the back where I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Finally I took some polite action and walked to the front seeking assistance and I was introduced to Wendy Fermin who immediately handled everything. She is to be greatly thanked and complimented for quickly and professionally getting my car on track and getting me out on time.
