I brought my car in for service at 1015am. I was told the car would be ready in 1 hr and 10min. I went upstairs in the lounge area and waited. 147pm I decided to go back downstairs to find out what’s going on and nobody has a clue. 1 guy said he didn’t think a ticket was even entered. I got the car back maybe 15 min after that the guy who originally took the car showed up and said he tried to call me. Nobody called and no messages were left. It was 3 hours wasted at the dealership just for an oil change. Horrible experience for me today. Next time I would need a loaner. Never again!!!
