Adrian Todd was ok but your process needs to be improved. For ex I arrived at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment I drove up on the far left lane like I usually do. No other cars were there. I waited a few minutes, noticed 2 cars driving rolling in on the far right lanes and they were taken cared of first. I waited over 10 minutes before someone came to me. I was told the car would be there a few hours, was offered a loaner only to find out that my insurance company was not on your list. I was offered an Uber went to my son’s home who lived in Tamarrac. It was 2:45 pm when I called to find out the status of my vehicle. First I could not get a hold of Adrian. Kept calling until I reached him evidently he had taken his lunch break. He arranged for an Uber back to Lexus, car was not ready n I went to your lounge. Meanwhile someone called me n invited me to see some of the newer models in case I was interested in a new car. Was told he would be at the lounge n I never saw him. No one was there. I left Lexus at 3:15. Since the moment I checked in I requested help from your tech person I went from an android to an apple n not able to sync it. When I finished paying my bill Adrian accompanied me to my car n said a tech would come to me. I waited 10-15 more minutes n left. In essence I was there from 8:45 to 3:30. Awful. I had no updates on my vehicle unless I asked.
