This was our first experience with this particular service advisor (Wendy). She was distracted, gave us the wrong information as she was discussing somebody else’s account with us for the first 20 minutes of our visit. She made mistakes with service required, numbers, extra charges, and failed to do the service in a reasonable amount of time. It took 3 hours for us to get a simple oil change with an appointment. In addition, she couldn’t answer simple questions, she was confused and at the end, after the three hour ordeal, told me to wait outside for my car to be brought to me while the car was parked on the other side all along. We waited (with a handicapped parent) for an extra half an hour (after the three hours). Terrible nightmare of a service visit today.
