You would do well to improve your through-put. My time in and out was two hours and nothing exceptional was required. I think you should aim for 90 minutes max.
Sam was very helpful in resolving a “system malfunction” that had been a problem for a long time. No one could seem to figure it out. He was also very communicative. I would work with him again and recommend training all of your service reps to work as he does.

Hi there. I was very satisfied with Justin. He has a great personality and explain things to me well. He also offered me some other car options to look into whenever I decide to get a new car (I’m in love with my ct200H). What was frustrating was the wait time, which was apologized for because of the new system. I would also say that the technicians should maybe use headphones that have a mic on them when they are recording the inspection videos. You can’t hear anything they are saying in those videos. All things considered I love JM Lexus. I drive an extra 45 mins to do my service with you guys because you are far superior than the Plm Beach Lexus close to my house.
