The service is all always, great however the wait is brutal. I was there for over 3 hours to do the oil change, tire rotation, and I needed two tires replaced. Long time.

Lack of coordinating among members of the company. I had to wait outside the door for my car to be brought in for half an hour after multiple reminders. Lot of high tech things I haven’t seen at other dealers, which is good.
