Daniel was hard to reach, never answered his phone and didn’t returned my phone call. Until very end of the day, Very aggravating. I usually use Omar, but Omar was out.

Justin is very dear and helpful as my Service Manager. I had **** Brewy as my mgr for YEARS! So, when I was advised he was no longer with Lexus, I was saddened to hear I will have Justin. Fortunately, Justin and I got along well and I am relieved to have him at “my service.” In the future????????

Very helpful and always called the next day to check up on my services and requests that were made to the car. Had a loaner ready for me in the morning for me to drop my car off to be serviced and then had to head to work. Kept me in the loop with updates on my car.

I am very unhappy with the service work that was done less than a year ago September 2024 that was done improperly and JM Lexus refuses to fix the problem. I already file a formal complaint with the corporate office and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
