Brandon was great. He knew I had a special event coming up, but wanted to make sure I had a safe car to drive. So, he provided a loaner for me to use so that I could attend and participate in a wedding with peace of mind. As soon as the car was ready, he gave me a call, but also knew that I wouldn’t be able to get it right away given the wedding that weekend, and he told me to pick it up whenever I could following the event. Also, given all of the recent expenses I had used for the wedding, I was seeking any promotions to help me cover the cost of the repairs. Although there was initially no promotion available, as soon as he got wind of a promotion that applied, he let me know as soon as possible and applied it to my service. I truly appreciate his understanding and swift service. Always a great experience with him!
Chauncey Levy has amazing customer service skills. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready in a decent amount of time. He took his time to explain in details what would be done with my car and he made sure I didn’t have any issues with my car before leaving. As long as he is my service advisor I will keep bringing my vehicle to JM Lexus.
