The job was not completely done. They didn’t reveal the entire truth about the problem. In other words, they partially fixed the car and I did not appreciate that.

This was my initial service visit for my ES. I was extremely impressed with the smooth process of checking in the vehicle for service. The service was completed within the time estimate including a car wash. I was particularly surprised with the text updates on the status of service and completion. Please thank the entire team for their excellent first impression.
