The tech writer Shedrick was great but when he “delivered” the car, the inside driver side was dirty as if someone stepped in the side inside and the door speaker had foot prints on the inside panel, not nice, e erroneous knows I am very particular and I don’t stand for imperfections.
I appreciate that they washed the exterior but they did a very poor job of drying it as well.. know one is perfect! But since you asked

Joe is amazing as always. Love this guy. He's always polite and shows interest. In terms of the oil change service I notice that one of the small caps under the bonnet was missing. It was not placed back on the vehicle after being removed in order to do the oli change.
