The reason I was not satisfied with your service was because I brought my vehicle in to be fixed on March 17, 2025 since my rear hatch was not able to stay up. To fix the issue, I was charged $448.44. On July 7, 2025, I brought my vehicle back to JM Lexus for the same issue again and now was told it could be a motor issue that would cost $1,815.17 to fix. So the part that was taken off the first time was not the issue. I should have $448.44 taken off the $1,815.17 since this should have been fixed the first time due to a misdiagnosis. I have been a loyal customer with JM Lexus since 2019, and should not have to pay $2,263.61.

Joseph is one of your best service provider, he is knowledgeable and understands the problem and it’s able to communicate and explain the issue. In the past he has been able to introduce me to the mechanic and show me the issue. You have a gem of an employee in Joey, he is kind and an excellent service provider. Daniel was excellent as usual. One issue is the Spanish speaking radio station in the longe. You may want to change to 101 lite FM.

Had to wait an hour before he saw me ti do the check in for the service. Then he told me thta it will take less than an hour to finish the service. An hour and a half later, no calls from him. Took 3 calls before he picked up and said car will be ready in 10 more minutes. That extended to 40 minute of wait and he didn"t even talk to me again. He just gave the paperwork to the reception and i had to pay there. Then it took another 30 minutes to finally get the car. Very sloppy service.
