Excellent service. Omar handled my complicated service requirements professionally and competently.
I can’t help but feel that your shop’s objective is to extract as much services out of your customers by making maintenance recommendations that are either not yet necessary/ nice to have vs must haves. Your cost are also very high. I’m a long time customer, but this & previous experiences have soured my view of JM Lexus.
I was satisfied with the service to my car however, when Shedrick initially called me to say I needed a new battery, he quoted me $230. When I went to pay the final bill, it was $289 and questioned the difference in price. He said it was the tax which did not make sense to me. I also asked if I was receiving the $65 discount for the battery as posted throughout the service center. He did not give me the $65 discount and then had to redo the paperwork. I was concerned that I had to bring this to his attention. Also, I was not satisfied with the car wash as there were still fingerprints on the door and the back of the car was not vacuumed.

Delilah is the best. Very profesional and accomodating. She does a great job taking care of her clients. Only problem with her is she said my car would be ready in about an hour and is was ready in 50 minutes. Haha. Delilah is just so good at her job. This is the 3rd time I've had her and I would not want anyone eise.
