The only problem I had was the wait over 2 hours!

I had requested that my spare tire (located in the trunk) to be checked for tire pressure. That was not done. No one went over the service performed even though I paid over $1200 and the car was not washed. The young lady at the service desk was cordial but had no idea what work I had completed. Frankly, I’m accustomed to better service from Lexus. I mentioned to Ryan that I was interested in purchasing a new Lexus in the fall from JM. I’m thinking I should reconsider.
