Chauncey my advisor was amazing. However, the videos, explaining the problems with my car were very sketchy, which did not give me confidence that he was giving me good advice as to what was actually wrong with my car. With that said I requested to have all my old parts provided to me so that I can have them tested by a third-party, but only half the parts were provided. Stating that the water pump had already been discarded. Which also added to my suspicion. However, in the end, I had no other choice than to go ahead with what was already done in order to get my car back. I mentioned before Chauncey, my advisor really tried to help me out the best he could in regards to the cost of the services. Which I am highly grateful for as all the repairs recommended would’ve been more than the value of my car.

On July 24 /2025 I took my car to do oil change and tire rotation at JM Lexus at Margate and thought the mechanics did their job ,but now I’m driving my car on July 27 and I just saw that it’s showing in the panel that I need the oil change soon and also they didn’t change the sticker on my car that’s supposed to show my next visit so now I’m not sure if they change the oil in the tire rotation. I’m kind of disappointed.

My tires have been losing air pressure and going down to 19, 20 and 21. I was told the tires are fine and that one tire has a nail. I've been driving Lexus cars since 2000. I am selling the car. If Lexus wants to buy it they can make an offer now. The car has 3800 miles on it.
