Carlos Nunoz is JM Lexus technical. Buying from JM is one great experience but throughout the many years I’ve owned 7 or 8 Lexus from JM , Carlos has been my advisor and I could not ask for a more personalized professional to care for me. To say it personalized is just the tip of the iceberg. His professionalism, his knowledge of every customer makes the experience seamless. I buy and care for my car at JM because of Carlos. Adrian was great. Since it was going to take a while to diagnose and fix an issue with my SUV, he quickly got me in a loaner and I was able to head to work. My car was completed before the end of the day and it was ready to go within a few minutes of my arrival.
