Sam Lamas went above and beyond to give great service to this long time customer. The detailer (for the Presidetial Detail) was amaaaazing and the car looks fantastic. Kudos to him!!! Sam walked me out with an umbrella to see the work. Very impressed by the service from the detailer and from Sam. Sam helped me during my last oil change as well. Very communicative and knowledgable. Sent update texts and service with a positive attitude.

I think service with LEXUS has gone down. In the past when I’ve had Alexis you could get a loaner car anytime you dropped off your car for Service. Now I’m being told that if your service will take two hours or less than a loaner car is not required. When I had my IS250 I was sold partially on the excellent service that you guys provide. Before purchasing my NX 250 I had Nissan and I came back to Lexus because my experience with Nissan service was horrendous . However, now that I’m back with Lexus, I don’t feel like Lexus Service is that much better than any other company. You guys sell additional maintenance when you sell people the car is because part of buyung a LEXUS is that you’re supposed to be getting an incredible service.
Xavier is awesome - the best service advisor I’ve worked with. He’s always very thorough and I feel more comfortable knowing he’s making sure that i’m driving a safe vehicle for myself and my family.
