After my service was completed I started my car and as soon as I started to drive it I had a bunch of codes start flashing at me and my steering wheel started to lock up. I took it back and they looked at it and figured out it was because the mechanic had somehow caused my battery to have a low voltage and I was told it was because he did something with 2 cars at once instead of doing one car at a time. I also recently had my tires replaced there and as soon as I left after that service I could immediately feel the alignment was not ok. I’m not very pleased with my recent services and how there seems to be a problem with my car when I leave from there.

This is a consistent issue at this place since I bought the car. The service team forgets about its customers. Weather i there waiting or they talk me home. They forget about you. They tell you it will be 1.5 hours or 4 hours. Then they forge about you. Or another recall pops up and wont tell you it will be longer wait. This last recall apparently everything was done around noon. I called at 3pm and they were like oh I guess it was done a few hours ago. I value my time. Its frustrating that they dont. And some on dented my rear fender and know one has called back about this. The lot was jammed yesterday with alot cars. Ibwas watching them playing bumper cars trying to get each one out. They obviously knew they hit it. There were fingerprints all over it.

dylan is so awesome and very nice!! i’ve never experienced bringing in my own car to get serviced before so i was very nervous but there was a lot of updates, texts, and information that made it all less daunting in the end.

Our vehicle has only 20k miles and no damage at all but you insist I need to replace at strut assembly that has no visible damage for over $1500 and insist it isn’t coveted under warranty and on top of that your pricing is already higher versus other dealerships. We will not be back. I have gone out of my way to bring the vehicle to a hyundai dealer for everything needed since we purchased it new on 2022 and you clearly cannot be trusted.

My repair was quickly finished. My level of ease was troubled by the attempted upsell. I expect such from oil change storefronts, not dealers.kristine handled my concerns well without down grading the company or agravating the customer.

Service is good here. My only complaint is the wait time is really long for an oil change and multi point inspection. I appreciate the thoroughness but it seems I always have to wait 2-3 hours for service every time. Feels like it shouldn’t take that long?
