First off, I brought my vehicle on Saturday for a typical oil change. Everything seemed normal, but after parking my vehicle in my driveway, we noticed a small puddle under the vehicle. Since I trusted you guys fully, I thought there’s no way it could be anything from the vehicle, and assumed it was just melting snow. I left the church and came back and parked where I normally park to see the next day another puddle underneath the vehicle. After examining the fluid, it look like it was oil and after looking at the street I saw there was a Trail leaving my driveway towards the end of the street, continuing on. Today Monday I was supposed to go to work but instead had to take my vehicle to your team so that they can examine what may have happened. I was told a gasket was broken or when placed on it shifted out of place and that was the reason for the oil leaking, I was told sorry and that the issue was fixed and that the oil was cleaned up . Although I appreciate the sincere apology, it does not take away the fact that I had to takeoff a day of work take a stressful drive all the way to the dealership not knowing if my vehicle is going to make it. And also having to clean the oil off my driveway and the street , unfortunately the trail leading away from my home was so long that there’s no way I could clean up everything. I understand there may have been a faulty gasket, but that does not take away all the the extra work that I had to put in to clean up all of the mess and on top of that after parking on another location I ideally don’t park so I can clean up the driveway and after after hours of cleaning I moved my car back to where I usually park and saw a new oil stain so either it wasn’t cleaned up or it’s still leaking. I have to put a peace of cardboard under my car to catch the fluid even after I was told it was taken care of and cleaned up. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and feel awful that I have to put a cardboard under my brand new car and after contaminating the driveway and whole neighborhood with motor oil.
glad i paid close to 300 for them to turn off my check engine light just for it to turn back on.
Friendly, helpful, and compassionate!
The only thing that I noticed that was unusual is that the reminder sticker on the inside of the windshield for my next service was not changed. Not a big deal, but thought I should mention it.
Kristine was fantastic! Communicative, very personable. Love working with her!
Kristine was awesome! Got me in quickly and back on the road. Very professional! Highly recommend.
The air wasn’t filled last time, this time I said at check in the low air lights were on and the tires needed air. I received the car back with the lights still on and had to take it back again. Whoever drove it would have seen the lights too when the took it in and out. Not upset just pointing out that air is missed each time at this location.
Dropped my vehicle off, less than half an hour, service was done.
Great job!
This is the second time in a row I have brought my car in and the recommended service had already been done, the recommended service was $1300, the techs and service agents need to look at the service history of the vehicle before recommending service. My vehicle had 74k miles and were recommending 60k service, why not look at what was done at 60k miles, losing trust in the dealership for service.
I’m on my second IONIQ 5. Great service today as always. Had a minor problem with the modem in my car today. They had a fix and finish the job in less than 20 minutes. Great EV mechanics!
Excellent service!! Thank you
Dylan treats us like family. He takes his time and explains thoroughly what's going on with our car. Dylan fit us in at the last minute today and constantly kept us abreast of the status of our problem. We couldn't believe what awesome service we got from Dylan. He is a true asset to Hyundai! We're so grateful for him. Thank you, Dylan!!
Service department and employees were very courteous and helpful
The battery was unfortunately not the issue and I will have to bring it to Toyota.
While everyone I encountered while getting an oil change and tire rotation was friendly and nice - ….. I have no earthly idea how it took two and half hours to conduct this service. What is also interesting is there were two other people waiting for an oil change with me, both who noted they had no idea it took two hours to do an oil change. When I received a text for recommended service (to replace filters) I hastily agreed because I thought if I waited they may put off the oil change. By this point I had waited two hours. .. again. Two hours. With zero communication.
After waiting another half hour I wondered up to the service desk to see how much longer I would be waiting as I had already cancelled several afternoon work appointments due to being stuck waiting on an oil change.
The very friendly and nice gentleman kindly asked for my name and lo-behold my keys were waiting on a FULL STACK of keys and paperwork. He noted he wished people paid attention to when cars were done. Surprisingly, the filters I had agreed to change half an hour before had not been changed and before I could say “please give me my car and let me leave” the gentleman was gone saying it would only take maybe ten minutes.
It took 12, but this time I was called on and told my car was done. I was checked out and have zero issues with the customer service. I was, however, further surprised and annoyed when I walked to my car and it wasn’t washed- despite being told not 60 seconds before that it had been washed and all services completed. I only hope all other services were actually done and if I return I will take the entire week off work to sit in the lobby as I would expect any other service will take that time. If you’d like me to order a cot for your employees as well let me know.
Car wash was not done. It was 45,clear and dry. No reason to turn it off for "weather".
Need to let desk staff know where car is parked. Spent 10 minutes trying to find it.
