I trust Crossroads with the maintenance of my cars. I received excellent service from the mechanics to the people I interface with at the desk. The people at the desk know what they are doing and only recommend the service my cars need. I wouldn’t bring them to anyone else!

Parts gave wrong info about part needed or else I wouldn’t have come down. Brent gave good customer service!
A cover was missing which I discovered, nobody told me about it. I found after driving 15 minutes away & had to go back. Part was completely lost. Nobody tested the keys (I had to ask to make sure) the car was filthy - dusty inside (it was clean when I dropped it off) and was filthy outside.
Cecil was very professional and timely with calls and diag completed day of. Would have done the work with you rather than with my techs at Ken Garff Ford, however estimate grossly over quoted labor. Our system shows it should be under 3 hours, quoted over 7.

Honest and expedient service
Because of a line, I had to wait a few minutes before the service desk could help me, Kristine was very attentive in dealing with the car repair, and notified me when it was completed. She also spoke to the service person working on the car twice with questions, and after the appointment she went out and helped me with a couple of questions I had about our new car
