Excellent service to date. I have a small oil pan leak that seems to be getting worse. I’m getting more oil discharge in my garage floor so think I’m going to need the seal replaced. I only have a bit over 11,000 miles on my car. This problem was noted on my last service receipt.

Brett answered all my questions about the battery, and kept me informed on the estimated completion time.
I was told my oil change would take 1.5 hours. Which honestly seems super long for an oil change and tire rotation compared to any other auto shop, but ok.
My experience took MUCH longer than that. At the 2-hour point, I checked in with the service desk and they said that it was “done and just needed to be washed.”
At the 2.5-hour mark I went back and said “Ok, I had no idea you all were going to take 2.5 hours, I need my car back.” They give me my keys and my car is parked outside, unwashed. I spent an additional 30 minutes there for nothing.
2.5 hours for an oil change, rotation, and wash (that didn’t happen) is absolutely unacceptable. If you all are that backed up, you shouldn’t be booking that many clients in one window. It just doesn’t give me a lot of confidence to use you all again.
