We brought the accent in after purchasing it from a third party and asked for a thorough inspection. We had almost $1k of work done alongside some recalls and assumed we were in good shape.roughly two weeks later the check engine light came on and it was due to a poorly fit replacement gas cap. When I received the initial call I was told it would be $250 to replace . That struck me as absurd and I challenged that amount. It was revised down and we paid roughly $150 instead. Two concerns arose that will assure we do not bring the car back again. 1) this is my sons car and I am not confident that if hadn’t challenged the quoted price, that your team wouldn’t have happily just billed the higher amount… for a gas cap. This seems suspect 2) we just spent nearly $1000 a few weeks prior. I don’t know why this wasn’t caught and I don’t appreciate having to pay an additional $130 diagnostic fee for something that should have already been diagnosed. Not a great experience

As a first time EV purchaser I am very satisfied at the service by the Hyundai team at Crossroads Hyundai. The Ioniq5 2025 is an excellent vehicle and drive. After this lease is due to expire, I'll happily look to replace the Ioniq5 with a newer model.
