Brett-great! Waiting a little over an hour for shuttle to transport me to work-not great. Shuttle driver says he wasn’t notified of people waiting. Then, there were 2 of us-going in opposite directions-it was uncomfortable to decide who would be dropped off first. Ultimately, the other person decided to uber because she would be late for work. I didn’t like being put in that position :( Overall, dealership and services are good…maybe understaffed though?

I drove my Santa Fe home- about 160 miles- the headlights didn’t shut off- turned them off manually and now the battery is dead. Not happy at all.

Got an offer from someone at the company for my car for less than my lease is worth, which felt predatory. They also didn’t wash my car, or vacuum the inside. Also charging people 100 dollars for a cabin air filter replacement is hilarious.

Dylan met me with a smile and was very professional. He explained what the mechanics would be doing along with adding possible reasons for my AC sounding loud. He even made sure that the mechanics knew these issues to help correct them. I am very appreciative. Thank You Dylan!
