I waited for two hours when I was told it would be done in 1.5 hours. And after 2 hours, I went up to the desk to find out that they hadn’t even STARTED my service. I had to leave for another appt. without even having anything done on the car after waiting for two hours for no reason. If you are understaffed, I would have appreciated someone just calling Into reschedule so I didn’t sit there for absolutely no reason. It was an extremely frustrating experience. Or, someone should have checked in after one hour to tell me about the delay because I might have left then.

Only issue was that there were no "loaner cars" available, so I was without a car for 10 days, before being told that Hyundai Customer Care would possibly reimburse me for a rental car, but nobody at the dealership knew for sure if Hyundai could or would reimburse me for a rental car

We bought a new Santa Fe and the lid to the center console fell off the very next day. We took it in to have it looked at and were told the dealership wouldn't replace it because it was our fault. My wife just opened it to put her gloves in there and the lid completely fell off. Horrible customer service for an obviously defective part. Also, one of the seat belts won't retract. How many other issues are we going to have with this car? I'm regretting our decision to buy a Hyundai.

You had my car from Saturday the 10th of January to today, the 20th. That was my only transportation and I was not given another vehicle to get around in. Plus, the axel failed when I was on the highway, I'm glad I was not going very fast when it happened to fall out. ????????????

I’m not satisfied with this visit, though I want to be clear that Kris herself has been helpful and professional. My dissatisfaction is with the overall service experience and process. I brought the vehicle in for diagnosis only, not for road testing, and I did not authorize anyone to drive my car. Despite this, the vehicle was driven. It took two separate visits, required me to miss work, and after the first visit I was told the issue was fixed. When I brought the car home and immediately plugged it in, I received another notification stating that charging had failed—showing the issue was not resolved. Additionally, the core charging issue I described (failure during plug-in charging beyond ~30–50%) does not appear to have been fully tested during the first visit. Had it been, the failure would have been immediately reproducible. This has been time-consuming, inconvenient, and frustrating. I appreciate Kris stepping in to help resolve this, but the overall experience has not met expectations.
