I think it's wrong to charge a credit card fee. This enough to make me strongly consider taking my vehicle elsewhere to get serviced.

I had explicitly requested shuttle to drop me off when I scheduled the service. When I arrived for the service, shuttle was not available . After waiting for an hour, the shuttle was available but I was told that my car would ready in next 15 mins so it did not make sense to take the shuttle. Ended up spending 1.5 hrs!!
