I am satisfied about the oil change, however, out of all my years going to Nissan I have never spent almost $100 on an oil change. That price is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, the old change took over an hour. I am not too dissatisfied about the wait time but you all should look into not overbooking yourselves early in the morning.

I remember Lucas from the Lexington location, which is where I was not very happy with the service. I can’t say he went above and beyond doing anything extra except his job. He was cordial. Listen to my concern. Got my car taken care of went over What over my future issues that need to be addressed while on the phone . Sent me a video. He spoke to me over the phone with your new technology. it so I can’t say I was excited, but I appreciate having the car done. In a timely manner, 2 1/2 hours. Now I’m praying that nothing will be wrong with the car in the next week while driving it. I just want to feel that I can trust everybody when it comes to having my car serviced at the dealership.
