Wrong given about me dropping my car off,I sat on the lobby for 2 hours to get a oil changed and tires rotate and no one came and check with me about my vehicle,others came in behind me and got their vehicle services and left before me.

Greg was amazing! This was my first time having recall repairs done and he explained the whole process, communicated efficiently and in a timely manner. He reached out when the original timeline of completion changed, setup my shuttle service for me to get to work and the rental. He made the entire process completely smooth and worry free!
