I always have excellent service every time I’m there. Carter is very polite and professional. Although it was a little disappointed that there wasn’t drinks and snacks like you used to have in your waiting area so waiting for several hours was a little trying for an early morning appointment.

I had a hiccup when scheduling my appointment by phone with customer service. I bought the car from this dealership and had been servicing it there for years since then. However, for done reason the lady at the service department wasn’t able to find me in the system. And told me unless I provide VIN number, she won’t be able to schedule. I’ve asked for the manager, who promptly called me back. By then, I went online and was able to schedule my appointment without any VIN number. I’ve provided this feedback to the manager - it seems that the service department may need some additional training.

We my wife and I didn't really expect to get waited on so quickly. But we're not complaining about that. We just think that the price to replace a thermostat was quite expensive.
$90 for an oil change seems rather high.
