Worst service I ever had. I called for supervisor and no one ever returned my call. The car was there for diagnostics and when I received it, it ran worse than it ever ran before.. of course they said it was my problem

normally take my vehicle to another Nissan dealership that I have been dealing with for over 30 years. However, I decided to bring my vehicle to your dealership this time simply because your dealership was a lot closer to where I was during the time, bad decisions. First I was told over the phone, and in person how long the service would take, and your mechanic (service dept.) went over that time, and suggested on text 1 hour, and minutes longer. When I went to the receptionist desk to ask for the service advisor who assisted me, instead of her calling him to where I was, she stipulated to him over the walkie-talkie , that I stated how much longer because I had to go, which was not true, I didn’t state that to her. I wanted to speak with him personally. A lot of unnecessary required services where added as a suggestion for to have done on my vehicle. One was a air filter, oil change, brake fluid just to name a few. Well, I just had an oil/filter change at the Nissan dealership that I take my vehicle to. They also missed items the needed to be taken care of, this never happens at the Nissan dealership that I take my vehicle to, and the service is always completed as promised, or before the promised time. And my vehicle is always running better than before it was when I brought it in. After the service at your dealership, there was a strong chemical odor smell in my car, and my vehicle was not cooling off any better, it was not cooling as well as it was when I brought it into your dealership. It also doesn’t sound as smooth, or quite as it did when I brought it in. Lesson learned….

Didn’t like the charge on the diagnosis on transmission and just 30 days to get it fixed after paying out so much on what was fixed l think that senior shouldn’t have to pay that much just to check something on their vehicle all of senior don’t need car payments but Ryan had to do what he said that’s the policy I just pray on everything and ask God to let no weapon formed against me prosper love all
