I have been seeing Carter since I had my 2021 Rogue. With the service, compassion and care that he provides to his costumers is phenomenal. Even after I traded my car in, I still prefer to come to him! He is awesome and answers all my questions! I am always satisfied when I come for a service. Thank you Carter for everything you do.

I have had repeated request per visit. They have not been fulfilled. I’m not sure where the miscommunication is coming in at today. I was there for a oil change and truck diagnostic.. however my charge for service was charged overly on my account and cause some inconveniences financially for me although the money was refunded, I now have to wait almost a week for the money to be put back into my account.

The original knock sound that was supposed to be fixed by part that was installed has not corrected the problem. Will be in touch next week to schedule another appt
My vehicle is still in **** Smith service shop. It is going on 3 weeks or more. I stopped counting, Dave Lauer changes the date and price on the work. No definite date on its completion.

I won't be back. It cost more than I was told in past for transmission fluid change. Took way longer than told especially once they knew I was dropping off and not staying they didn't even look at car until 1.5 hrs after appointment time. Then no one called but got a list of repairs even though I specifically came in dor one and the other was over $3000 and when I called and asked they hadn't even started on the approved repair 2 hrs after I approved and they just visually decided my rear seal had a leak but did not wash or do anything to check just visual saw oil yet I have no oil in garage and just had oil change a few weeks ago in Texas and it was perfectly fine. They said they would wash and put dye in to verify to see if it was a leak but not sure if they even did that as the service guy never reviewed anything with me and I just got outrageous charge and had my car for 7 hrs to change a wheel stud and put lug on and transmission fluid and close to $650 for all this a mechanic would have been less. So so disappointed and will be sure to let military spouses on the page to not come here.
