I feel that having an appointment but still having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change a tire rotation and to fix something on my window. It’s too long to go without something to drink or eat and no way to get any thing while we wait. I don’t like the feeling that I’m held hostage in your waiting room not being able to go anywhere or get anywhere for such a long period of time. I’ve always had good service with you taking care of my vehicle, but you were service towards your customers really is not

The receptionist was dismissive with my questions and not approachable. I was given answers that were vague and the sales representative didn’t return to explain findings once I returned to pickup my vehicle. This experience is making me second guess purchasing my 3rd vehicle with Nissan.
