Subject: Disappointing Service Experience
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit on 9/25/25. I had a 2 PM appointment for an oil change, but my vehicle wasn't ready until 3:37 PM.
• I had to inquire about my car at 2:55 PM as I had not received any updates or the report.
• When I asked if my car was ready at 3:30 PM, I was told it was being washed.
• Upon receiving my car, it was not washed, smelled like oil, and had black oil stains on the inside of the door.
I have always appreciated the service at your St. Andrew's location, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I hope you can address these issues to improve future service.

It was amazing. He listen exactly what I needed and wanted promptly got it to a technician who took care of the issues and I was out of there before work, quick professional, and very pleasant experience. I would not only recommend him highly. I will go back to him for any of my needs With my vehicle.
