I was not satisfied with the experience at all. I don’t plan on returning again.
My appointment was promptly scheduled. On the day of my appointment I was greeted once I pulled in and got the paperwork started shortly after that. My car was ready when promised. When I arrived to pick up my car I was checked out in a few minutes.
I am a fan on **** Smith Infiniti. This was my first time working with Lucas. He was great. I’m looking forward to his service again. He provided my next items to take care of. I appreciate this. And Carl, he’s a wonderful guy. Was so happy to see him working at this dealership.
I was satisfied with the services performed and with the communications with my service advisor Lucas but I was disappointed that I received my vehicle back dirty. That has never happened before and it was super disappointing.

When I dropped our car off for service at 8:45 am I was told that they would give me a call when it was finished. Finally at 1:50 pm I called the service department to see when we could pick up our car. It had been finished but we did not receive a call. My whole day was wasted because that is the only vehicle I drive. I had plans to do things after the oil change. I didn’t realize it would take so long to do an oil change.
Michael Brown is an excellent advisor and provides terrific customer service.
Michael was awesome. Very professional and d made me feel I was his only customer. He answered all my questions with honesty and said if he did not know. He went above and beyond to help me get in touch with Chris within permission. Please assign Michael as my service advisor. Thank you for a valued employee. I was impressed being greeted at 0730 by the other representing. He was so customer friendly I forgot his name but he worked today 10/1. Please keep this Service as well.
I never saw Michael Brown. I was never greeted by Michael Brown. I never spoke to Michael Brown. As a matter of fact, he walked past me and didn’t speak nor even acknowledge me. I made the appointment online with Chris, who is no longer there. I am very disappointed with Michael Brown. However, I was very pleased with Carl, Hannah and the other receptionist who helped me get my courtesy car, after waiting 30 minutes since Michael Brown did not help me at all. This is unsatisfactory.
After the service and after they confirmed the car was perfectly fine, we had a scare and a bad time. Our vehicle stalled on us in the middle of the road. It started shaking and making a strange noise, then it shut down. We had to call roadside assistance to have it returned to the dealer. We don't know what happened. It was a bad time, it was awful.
Chris was always the best!
Lucas was very nice and made me feel comfortable with him taking over for Chris.
