I waited all morning to hear from Lucas on the status of my car which I dropped off yesterday morning at 10. I called at 11:30 today and left a message. I called the front office and left another message. He never responded. I would have appreciated a text if he was too busy to call. Secondly, the technician did not calibrate my tires. Low tire pressure was a concern and service request. This is the third or fourth time, the technician has NOT calibrated my tires.Not happy.
Thank you for squeezing me in for an oil change and tire rotation on my day off before a trip this weekend!
there doesn’t seem to be any way to fix the car without spending more than I paid for it. That’s usually the result of a major accident. No such accident occurred. It’s just that the timing system is off. Doesn’t seem like it should take $11,000 to fix that, but what do I know.
Michael Brown is not a friendly person and is not a customer oriented individual. He is very dismissive in his demeanor. My usual customer service rep left the company and I'm so sorry that I missed the opportunity to experience excellent customer service. Mr. Brown should be sent to a customer service training program. He does not greet you or engage with you and it was quite surprising for this Infiniti dealership. I don't want to hear from Mr. Brown all he had to do was address me when in came in to have my QX60 serviced. It's nice to be nice!
Michael Brown was excellent and thorough from start to finish. His service and service advising is very much appreciated.
