Lucas was incredible to work with. I knew immediately that my vehicle was in great and very capable hands. He was quite knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service and patience while I asked several questions to gain better understanding about the functions and features of my vehicle. Every single employee that I encountered was sincerely welcoming and showed compassion towards my circumstances. I am truly grateful for their kindness!

No description of the nature of the problem that caused me to return the car for repairs a second time was provided. My assumption is that the work was incomplete in the first intake. If not so I would still be happy to have an explanation so I can restore confidence in the car and work done by your dealership
