I went there for a IVI Software update on my QX 80 do from a recall and now the system is saying “Dash Cam SD card is not available Please reinstall SD card into Dash Cam” How can you do an update on the system and forget to reinstall the SD card. This have you wondering of the update was even done. This service department has not been the same since Chris Fisher left.

First time interacting with the new service advisor , wasn't very personable. Very stand offish. I've had my car serviced with infiniti since 2016/2017 because the service team was Amazing with explaining everything from start to finish. I received a text of recommendation but my service advisor didn't take opportunity to explain anything, so I went with the recommendation on the email. I probably would have done all if the communication was present.Not sure if I will continue my maintenance in Columbia or travel to Greenville/Charlotte for future appointments.

the service was good, but I explained to the service representative that my warning sensor for low windshield washer fluid stayed on even though my fluid level was full. He typed it in my work order. When i picked up my vehicle and was driving home the sensor warning light came back on. There was nothing listed in my paperwork that said it was checked or what steps i should take to have it fixed.. I always get my vehicle serviced at **** Smith Infinity and satisfied with the service. But after paying over $1100 I was disappointed this time with the lack of information regarding my sensor warning light staying on all the time. Thank you.

I would like to start out by saying that Lucas gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. I am a very picky person especially when it comes to my car as I put a lot of money into them and I like for them to stay in pristine shape. Mr Lucas assured me that my car would be taken care of and it was. I hope **** Smith Infinity realizes what a valuable person they have working for them. Thank you **** Smith Infiniti!

I was unaware of the new procedure at the service center and sat there for an additional hour and a half until I asked about my vehicle and was told to except or deny the service recommendations to proceed with my service. This should’ve been explained to me as well as all customers in case they aren’t aware. Then it was another incident that happened with me being told to do something instead of the staff member doing it. This has lead me to rethink my next visit at your establishment!

I wasn't satisfied because nothing was accomplished. I paid $240.00 for nothing because I already knew about the code due to the check engine light. There was no work done other than running a scanner to read a code and I did that at the parts store, and 2 other shops told me that.
