I was given an estimate for replacing headlight assembly $2550 after they found out my low/high beam wasn't working. I was amazed at the price. Your service person said he had a coupon from the recent coupon book he could use. I picked my car up and the price was exactly what he said. I asked your person checking me out if they had applied the coupon. She looked and said yes, it was applied "initernally". I see nothing on my bill that shows a coupon, or discount. She apparently was reading through multiple papers that she had and said she saw it. Why wasn't it on my bill and why was my bill exactly what he said it would be when he told me the cost (before i mentioned about the coupons). Also, you did a total check of my car listing items that may be repaired. When I got the car home I inspected the lights and I found I had a bad DRL bulb on my drivers side that was burned out. They never apparently checked that. My car was said to be ready on Tuesday and they'd call me. We never recieved a call and on Thursday I called in twice and asked if my car was ready. Never got to speak with a live person but was always sent to a voice mail. My wife received a call on our landline (I requested a call on my mobile) from you stating the car was ready. She mentioned to the person on the phone that we'd been waiting for a call and he said they had tried calling all day long (on the landline). She is retired and was home all day long. There was never a call, never a voicemail left for us. When she told him "No, you did not call here because I've been home all day" he then said...well, you car wasn't ready til now. Not real happy with Infiniti at this point. I tried calling just now to speak to a manager and once again got a voice mail for him to call me back. Now I need to find a replacement part for the small DRL bulb and I will try to fix it myself rather than haveing to pay an enormous labor charge to swap out this bulb.

Other than the process being a little lengthy for a 9am appointment. I didn't leave until after 12:30 for the service provided, but Mr. Michael Brown was very professional and knowledge. This was my very 1st time bringing my vehicle to **** Smith Infiniti for service and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I need to bring to your attention the condition of my vehicle after today’s service. There was sand throughout the interior on the seats and floors, including the third row. This is not acceptable and clearly was not properly vacuumed. I understand the interior cleaning is complimentary; however, with the rising cost of service, I do not expect my vehicle to be returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Please let me know how you plan to correct this because its an ongoing problem.

I know the cost of everything has gone up but they use to offer little snacks to have with coffee. If you’re waiting for an extended period of time for your vehicle it would be nice to have something while you’re waiting. I usually get a loaner but none was available at my service appointment.
