Lucas is the next best thing to Chris Fisher.
Lucas was very nice and even went above and beyond to get items out of my car since it stayed a day longer than I had planned. I had to speak somewhere and we had the tornado warning that morning, so I was running short on time after the weather settled. He got my work box and my umbrella from my car in the rain and had them ready for me to drop by and pick up. It saved me time so I made
my appointment on time. Thank you Lucas!
PS—I had a loaner which was helpful.
On March 6 I brought my Infiniti in for an engine recall problem. Javarius, a young gentlemen that checked me in was outstanding and kept me up to date with the progress of the work. The receptionist was of no help whatsoever when I asked her the work status on the vehicle. She spent more time talking at the counter with a young red headed lady and fooling with the TV. I was set up for the work with Michael Brown whom I never met or whom never spoke to me. The reception area was not clean as well as the men's bathroom. My last vehicle I bought there was a 2018 QX50 and numerous vehicles before that going back to 1995-97. This dealership is not what it once was. While I was there, other customers (2) had trouble checking on work status of their vehicles too. There is no need for someone to contact me. I've said it all. The receptionist seemed like I was imposing on her to check on my vehicle...what a disappointing, horrible service experience. This is the worst one I ever had since I started buying cars from this dealership in the late 90's.
Bad experience from beginning to end.
Luke is great and very informative on car
I would have been glad to give my services to you but Michael Brown made me feel a little apprehensive about how he handle his services, I understand that they are fees to to cover for repairs but when I had warranty for the repairs he tells me it only covers some and that the dealership doesn’t bow down to the warranty companies they bow down to them. I knew I needed to get my truck from there. Sorry but in the near future I won’t be returning there. Thank you
I thought the service was excellent. Our vehicle drives much better. The cleaning of our vehicle was a refreshing and appreciated touch.
Thank you for all of your help Lucas, I really appreciate it!
Dropped my car off for a diagnostic… had my car for 2 days and didnt diagnose anything but requested additional money for testing $675 to be exact. Still don’t know what testing was completed for the $225 diagnostic fee originally quoted. I have been a customer with Infiniti since 2021 and have always had exceptional service. Disappointed this happened.
His service was a very pleasant experience. He was friendly, helpful, and certainly knew a lot about Infiniti autos!!!
Fantastic employee!!!
Michael is always spot on and very helpful I feel like I get special service thank you
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Excellent service. Kept me aware of progress. Represents you very well.
Lucas is awesome. Great customer service. I watched him take care of his customers. My issue is the brakes were checked but I decided not to have them replaced. My wife is driving the vehicle and the brakes or something in the front suspension is making a squealing noise. It was not doing that prior to today's service.
This was my 2nd or 3rd service with **** Smith Infiniti and Micheal Brown and each time we’re not great experiences. This time when I went, the website published that the Oil Change was $99.00 and Micheal would not honor it stating the price went up to $139.00 and he would need to talk with the tech person to update it. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 25 years and as a customer I felt that should have been honored. It was not a fault of mine that the web pricing was not correct. Also, no one never called nor text me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. I had to make a call myself to see if it was ready and by that time, it was about 4:00pm and I had to make arrangements with my job because no one never notified me. This was all an inconvenience to me.
Mr. Brown did not formally introduce himself to me. He spoke to me from the hallway. The other gentleman brought his customers into his office.
He was pleasant and professional......
