Actual customer service would be nice. Communicating with customers via text when they are sitting in the waiting room is so impersonal. The needed repairs were communicated via text and I was unable to submit my comments. I called Michael twice and left a message on both occasions. He never responded to my calls. Imagine spending over $500 in repairs and never once speaking with your “service advisor”. I was very disappointed in the lack of real customer service on today.
