I appreciate the fact that Chris was concerned about servicing our vehicles and not trying to have us spend money recklessly. I live across town and find it inconvenient to travel to the Infinity dealership, however I will make the trip to have Chris service our vehicle! Thank you Chris!

I really like the upgrades on information provided. The follow up was initiated by me and significant time went by with no update after approving services. Car arrived at 930 am and was ready at 530 pm.

Mr. Fisher always take great care of my 2010 QX56. He listens to all of my concerns and provide knowledgeable expertise to explain what's causing the issues. Tells me what services are due and determines which ones that must be taken care for safety and proper performance of my SUV.
