There was a few day waiting period to schedule service with a loaner.
This is my first time going in for service and not working with James. I’m use too being talk to about what needs to be done and explained what all it is. With this new system where it’s sent to you does not make it easier when you don’t understand all the ends and out. Also I was never taken in the office to be talk to about any of it. So leaving I was still unsure what some of the stuff was. I was not happy with the customer service. The receptionist was very good!!
Mr. Brown didn't disappoint kept me updated on what services he suggests for my vehicle. Service was done in a timely manner and loved the loaner vehicle

I would like to have my car back when it is promised, and not later the next day, with no communication about it being kept over night!!!!!
We asked for a loaner car for the day we took the car in for our appointment at 8:20 am, never having a clue that our car would not be worked on until cars of every one waiting had been bumped up ahead of us. THEN…the same thing happened on day two. This is totally unacceptable to us!!!!

I asked the service advisor to note for the shop to be care when replacing the tires not to damage the rim. The note was added and unlined. When I picked up my vehicle late yesterday one of the rim was damaged. I bought this to Hannah attention. took a She took a picture of the damage and a picture of the inside of the vehicle. In cleaning,they did not vacuum the inside.
Customer service means everything!!!! Michael and his team represent that word well. Knowledgeable, receptive, and helpful means that I can relax knowing that the vehicle I have is in good hands. **** Smith is my go to for the ride that keeps me safe. Thank you.
