For some reason our appointment was not saved when we made the appointment Monday. The service department was still able to do our service, address an issue I was having with the AC and wash/vacuum our vehicle. We even had a courtesy vehicle while we waited. My husband also met Greg, who has been with **** Smith for years. He was a delight. 10 out of 10
