This location has the worse service I've ever experienced and legally charged me 700$ for a diagnostic fee that we did not agree to yet had to pay to pick up our truck. While we will be taking further action the fact this is necessary is completely unethical and unacceptable.

Had to pay $850 for a diagnosis and they couldn't find the problem until I bought it back with the same problem also there was a tear in my shoulder rest on the driver's side. But Michael was very helpful.

Chris’s provided exceptional service. I called to schedule an appt left a message, Chris returned the phone call listened to my concerns and set the appt. Upon arriving for the appt I asked about additional services I wasn’t sure what I needed Chris looked back thru my service history and recommended what I needed I always rely on Chris to meet my Infiniti needs !
