My Infinity QX 60 was at the dealership for 4 days. Received a text about the inspection. The oil needed to be changed, which is very obvious because when the car is on, automatically says oil needs to be changed. So the only thing done was the battery was replaced and was without a vehicle…. Never offered a car to drive during the process and Michael Brown told me the reason was he was waiting on warranty information!
So obviously the point inspection was not addressed! So after waiting this lengthy time.. I now have to take my car to someone else to change the oil…. Not acceptable!
I was completely satisfied with the service provided with the vehicle, but was baffled how my provider briefly pokes his head out and said you should of gotten a few text messages and proceeded with his day, meanwhile the lady next to me was asked to come back to the office with her provider with care.
Hey Chris, can you give me a call in reference to my vehicle. The noise has actually never stopped since getting it back from the service department. I was kind of just dealing with it but now it’s just a nuisance. What I noticed is it only happens when it rains and then gradually stops. ****-****-xxxx. Thank you.
Chris is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, friendly, and resourceful. He deserves the best commendation your company gives for outstanding customer service.
Would have preferred my appointment to be a little more efficient. Appointment 7:30am but I didn’t leave until 10am
Having to do a major (expensive) car repair can be stressful on so many levels. Chris is very understandable and really goes out of his way to help and to provide his support and perspective in any situation. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I know I can depend on Chris to be transparent and honest to ensure that I know what to expect prior to having any service done. Afterwards, if I have any questions or concerns, he always follows up with me about the situation.
Quite frankly, his expertise and customer service is second to none and I’m truly appreciative and thankful for all that he does.
He’s truly a special asset to the **** Smith Infiniti team.

The quote I received for the catalytic converter was jaw-droppingly high, and the labor costs were equally outrageous. I get that parts and labor can add up, but what **** SMITH Infinity wanted to charge—an eye-watering $9,000 for labor and service—felt completely over the top. It's hard to believe anyone would accept such a steep price! This is serious price gouging.
