I had my tires previously aligned at Goodyear, and I was told that Toyota would be able to use shims to correct the alignment issue. So I take the car to Toyota. They tell me they can’t do anything because it’s warping of the rear axle beam. Fine, no problem, but that means that no work was done to my car given that the unaffected three tires were already aligned, so I paid $150 to be told the work I thought I was paying for couldn’t be done.

Danny answered all my questions. He looked up history with Ganley & he checked the Toyota website & saw that I had my tires checked,balanced & the car aligned at Tire Source in North Canton. He was very helpful.

I spent 4hrs getting an unneeded software update prioritized over my urgent problem of a malfunctioning lift gate that was left undiagnosed and not fixed. It is opening unattended and doing damage to itself and the surroundings. I cannot have the automatic tailgate feature on without it opening randomly. That was the reason I brought it in, not the software update. There was no diagnosis despite obvious damage. Taking it to another dealer for a proper diagnosis.

Danny Coon was a really helpful and a great guy. It too few days for my car to completely get serviced but he kept updating me the details and made me understand how things would be done.
