This is the second time I have brought my car in for the same issue. The first time the parts were not available and had to be ordered. After waiting for a month, parts finally came in and I scheduled an appointment. I came in and waited over an hour and a half only to find out they were still missing a part, requiring me to schedule another appointment.
Dan Maloy is the best Service Manager in existence. He trained Dave very well!

It’s not the fault of the person I worked with today. But when I scheduled, I called for an oil change because that’s what I wanted to do for my car and I specifically asked on the phone whether it mattered that I wasn’t at 10k miles yet, or if I could use one of my free oil changes with my new car purchase. The guy on the phone said that it didn’t matter and I could get the oil changes whenever. So I scheduled and came in and I am told that I’m not able to use just an oil change. I have to get just a rotation of tires and wait for 10k if I want to use all my free services (ie if I want to skip the one free tire rotation, I can go right to oil change and free rotation that is mine at 10k miles, but then I’d forfeit the one free tire rotation (like jumping to the second service and therefore lose that free service.)
Long story short I did not get an oil change today, and I felt misled- if you have a policy it’s just nice to say it when asked about. I understand misunderstanding happen, but I’m just sharing it would be helpful for customers if you’d explain this before they drive out.

I had a hard time finding someone to check me in. My car sat in the "done lane" for an unknown amount of time until the service tech, who was on the phone, saw it and took me to the cashier.She did a fine job. I get into my car and can't find my sunglasses. Turns out they were on the passenger seat under my purse. All in all a frustrating end.
The check out girl was very nice. Please put in notes or comments coupon authorizations in the future should be in the invoice. If i hadn't addressed it I would of paid amost double.

Car feels a lot smoother after the alignment-check, but there is still a squeaking noise when going at very low speeds (Driveway, Drive-Thru, Parking Lot) leading me to believe there was a loose wheel bearing that wasn’t tightened. Take my review with a grain of salt because I am in no way an expert in automotive.
My visit was was for tire rotation one hour forty five minutes later to rotate 4 tires .
I followed Dan Maloy from Cain he delegated this service to the young advisor I was not impressed with him. I love Dan Maloy and trust him he is the reason I am there but I can get my tires rotated in less than 20 minutes
I am In no rush to return to your dealership may have to go summit and see if they have a job for Dan
No it's a leash on a 2026 Tacoma that I just got in December.
