I HAVE ONLY USED THE SERVICE DEPT FOR MY CAR. EVERYONE IS SO ACCOMMODATING PLEASANT WORK WITH AND I DON'T MIND DRIVUNG FROM SEVEN HILLS TO DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME

As a women I rarely feel comfortable and not taken advantage of,today was no exception. I was told my brakes were dire and has maybe a week left. I paid for the service but didn't feel like he took care of me and instead got a lot of extra money from me. Mike Ash was the best service person and treated us like we were important and never made me feel anything but comfortable even when delivering bad news on occasion. I believe I will be looking elsewhere for my toyota needs. I was even looking at a new 4 runner in the showroom today but changed my mind.

Had a 10000 mile check up. I was provided with a list of what all was being serviced and information if anything that needed additional service. I was impressed by all it covered. Very informative! I feel our car is getting very good care.
