I won't be purchasing any more toyota product in the future. I wanted to stop paying for remote services. Try to cancel by deactvating vehicle from connected services and then couldn't use my key fod to start my truck. Called brand engagementand was told had to pay to get remote start back even with my key fob.I'm willing to let the community know this is how loyal customers are treated. Way to go toyota!

Dan is really genuine. He answered every question we had about our RAV4 and our first visit to Service. We expressed concern for the oil level; he researched that and had an answer for us before we left; put our minds at ease. Hope we have him the next time!!
