I'll be honest I was sad when Mike retired, I developed a great relationship with Mike over my last 11 years as a Toyota and Ken Ganley customer. Austin is a great employee just like his dad and I look forward to working with him in his career. As a whole, I've only had one issue with service at ganley (years ago) I just spoke to Mike about it and it was resolved with no issue. I'm a proud toyota fanboy thanks to Ken Ganley, the Ash name, and toyota.

Matthew was very kind and addressed my concerns regarding the report not having checked the box for the tire rotation. I just received an email from carfax that it’s time for my tires to be rotated. I wish the report would have stated that the tires were rotated and not just left blank.

Dan was extremely thorough. He was respectful and very personable. This was such a good experience that I will make the drive to Ganley for all future maintenance and repairs for my Highlander. I am also encouraging my husband to get work on his Tundra with Dan.
